Italian Sausage with Red Grapes

3 lbs hot or mild Italian sausage
2 lbs seedless red grapes
balsamic vinegar

1. Parboil sausages for 8 minutes.
2. Put sausages in a single layer in a roasting pan.
3. Cover the sausages with the grapes.
4. Put in very hot oven until the grapes pop and the sausage browns.
5. Remove sausages, pour grapes and juices into a saucepan.
6. Reduce until a little thickened. Season with balsamic vinegar.
7. Pour over sausages.
